We accept Apple Pay and PayPal, as well as a range of other payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Amex,

ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, and Maestro.

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

We can upgrade you at checkout to Tracked24 for a small extra cost! This should be with you the next day minus any Royal Mail delays.

Any stock that is held at our warehouse, we can ship out for next day delivery (time of day dependent). 

Standard shipping service we use is Tracked48 for smaller parcels, and UPS next day delivery for the larger and more expensive parcels. 

If the stock is labelled "Amazon" it is held at their warehouse, and fulfilled by Amazon on our behalf. Shipping speeds might differ to ours.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We certainly do! We email extra discounts or subscriber only offers. Keep an eye out! The best way to stay informed is to sign up to the newsletter! You can also get discounts through our loyalty program or referring a friend!

  • What couriers do you use?
    Depending on the size and value of the item, this differs. But, generally its Royal Mail for smaller parcels and UPS for larger parcels that we fulfill in house. If you place an order on our Amazon labelled items, these are held in their warehouses. There are options at checkout to choose the speed of delivery. However, we don't control the courier Amazon use. So this could be Amazon, Royal Mail, UPS, Evri, DPD or others.
  • Can I upgrade my shipping method?
    Sure, we can certainly take a look for you. You should have an option at checkout to choose faster shipping. Anything we ship out from our in house stock we usually send via Royal Mail Tracked 48, UPS for larger and more expensive parcels. For orders fulfilled via our Amazon stock (labelled Amazon), the default is 3-4 days but you can upgrade the shipping at checkout at a small additional cost too. If you are in a rush to receive the item, you can always head to Amazon directly and purchase the items there (if available) and choose Prime delivery. Our Amazon prices are more expensive due to the higher seller fee's they charge. If you need any help with the above, either message us on chat or drop us an email!
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At this moment in time, unfortunately not. As the site develops, this will be something we will be looking in to for sure! We will also be exploring opening up to global shipping via our Amazon store too, again something we will be looking in to in the coming months!
  • Are your collectibles authentic and genuine?
    Absolutely! Items are all sourced from reputable companies or wholesalers. In the rare case you receive something that seems suspect, please reach out to us with your concerns and we will certainly investigate. We will happily offer a refund/return/exchange!
  • Can I get a refund if the price of a product drops after I've purchased it?
    Unfortunately not. Once the order has been placed, that is the agreed price (whether it goes up or down). Please make sure you are happy with the purchase before completing your order.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If the order hasn't been passed for shipping, we can try to get your order cancelled. Please message on chat, Instagram or email BadzgamingLTD@gmail.com and have the subject state "Cancel Order (number)" The first 2 options are usually best as we will receive instant notifications of your message! If the item is an Amazon fulfilled item, it depends on what stage it's at with them and if it is possible to cancel. With our own in house stock, we should be able to cancel as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please make sure you are happy with the order before completing checkout.
  • How do I track my order?
    Great question. We will email you a tracking number and courier used for each order placed. If it needs to be shipped in more than one parcel, we will email you each one as they're shipped.
  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
    We certainly do! There is an "Offers" section where our live discount codes are kept. We also email extra discounts or subscriber only offers. Keep an eye out! The best way to stay informed is to sign up to the newsletter!
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
    Please contact us at BadzgamingLTD@gmail.com stating your order number in the subject line, explain the issue within the email and attach some photos too. We will take a look and see what we can do! We offer a generous returns policy, so don't worry! These terms can be found under our T&C's section.
